JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Basic job description:

• Business specialists in the field of Information Technology (IT) are responsible for consulting on IT Helpdesk/Support service packages, network systems, Cloud, Security; as well as IT solutions for customers.

1. Main responsibility

• Create a detailed business plan to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in the contract negotiation process and carry out procedures related to the sales process: Quotation, contract, payment request...
• Build relationships with customers and maintain relationships with customers to enhance sales and customer care.
• Consulting on IT, network, Cloud and Security service packages suitable to customer needs.
• Join the Marketing Team in Marketing activities, finding and developing relationships with new customers

REQUEST:

About Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in consulting IT services, network systems, Cloud and Security.

About Skills:

• Fluent communication in English is an advantage
• Proficient in using office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
• Good work organization and time management skills.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work under pressure.
