- Update, analyze, advise and advise the Business Division and departments under the Division on legal regulations that affect the company's business activities.
- Check and give legal advice on economic contracts, civil contracts, and documents of departments/divisions when required.
- Participate in drafting management system documents, internal and external documents with legal value as assigned by department management.
- Participate in litigation and dispute activities to protect the company's interests when required.
- Draft and review contracts arising in the Company's operations.
- Draft and review other legal documents (Official Letters, Decisions, Authorization Documents...) related to business activities.
- Look up and advise on legal issues as requested by Departments within the Company.
- Update newly issued, amended and supplemented legal regulations that may affect the Company's business operations.
- Look up regulations, advise and ensure legal compliance related to shareholder and investor activities; Organizational structure and operations of the Company.
Job requirements :
-Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws
