• Manage activities at the building. Prepare a building management plan and complete the approved plan.
• Manage and develop assigned resources.
• Develop a building operating budget.
• Manage and control financial targets, sales and budgets.
• Manage customer service, contractors, utility exploitation, engineering, fire protection.
• Manage the building and effectively operate the company's cultural management processes.
• Manage and control toll collection, update data. Periodically report on the operation of the building as prescribed.
• Coordinating with the Investor/Management Board to deal with the incidents taking place at the building.
• Perform customer care and make unexpected reports as soon as an incident arises.
