1. Carrying out land procedures
- Identify locations, conduct legal inspection of the land plots under study to propose transfer.
- Implement updated records of changes in land use right certificates that have completed compensation work.
- Carry out application for issuance of land use right certificate.
- Carry out procedures for land allocation/ lease/ change of land use purpose.
2. Processing land data, storing and managing land funds
- Regularly and promptly report on statistics of land funds that have been transferred from organizations/individuals.
- Processing data, determining the location of the transferred land.
3. Other jobs
- Making documents related to land, clearance
- Making dossiers requesting payment for compensation and ground clearance teams.
- Recordkeeping.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company
