Project initiation and project implementation planning
- Project progress and quality management: check and evaluate the project progress based on the chart
initial plan to promptly adjust, ensure project completion on schedule and quality
quantity.
- Overall project supervision and management of project resources and progress.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure the right direction with the requirements,
project's goal.
- Manage risks and promptly handle changes and problems arising during project implementation
judgment.
- Periodic and ad hoc reports to stakeholders on status, effectiveness and other requirements
about the project.
- Organize acceptance test, project transfer as required.
- Coordinate the development of instructional procedures, training materials and other documents as needed to
accelerate project progress
