Job details
- Call customers to advise and answer questions about the service that customers are interested in according to the available scenario. Invite customers to use services at branches.
- Store and manage assigned data sources on available software. Take care of customers who have not yet booked an appointment and have not yet visited the branch
- Responsible for taking care of assigned data by means: pancake, zalo, software
- Receive feedback from old customers who have done the service and report it to the care branch
- Ensure the individual ratio and the overall goal of the team
