1. WELFARE
- LCB Telesale: 8-10 million /month + commission
- Average income: Telesale: 15 - 30 million/month
- Support for working equipment such as computers and phones; Support for phone costs, uniforms, parking fees, and food allowances
- Holidays, Tet, 13th month bonus, Tet bonus, birthday, wedding, etc.
- Consider salary increases every 6 months, ensuring that sales will not affect the fixed salary

2. TIME:
- Administrative shift (8am - 6pm)
- 3 days off per month with pay.

3. JOB CONTENT:
- Contact and advise customers on beauty service packages, hot data, customers with needs over 80%
- Make appointments for customers to directly use the service
- Telesales do not need to be on fanpage and take care of customers after coming to do the service, there is a Live page and customer care department to support the above tasks.
