Advising customers on the company's Life Insurance program.
Use the Call-Center system at the Company's office to contact customers provided by the company.
Call new customers or exploit old customers, work directly with financial advisors for Vietnamese living in the US.
Report business results to management & perform other related jobs as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Night shift: from Sun to Fri (closed Friday and Saturday), US Eastern Standard Time - from 21:00 to 6:00 or 22:00 to 7:00 (depending on season)
Age 18-30 years old
Have sales skills or have worked as a salesperson, salesman,...
Careful, meticulous, have a spirit of learning, work under pressure and have a high sense of responsibility.
Having sales experience in the financial sector, real estate, or having held a similar position is an advantage
Have good communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for business and desire to have high income actively.
Have a good and clear voice (preferably Southern accent).

If you are a sales person who achieves the average number of KPIs in the company, you can earn 20 million / month. If sales performance is better, you can earn 40 million/month, if your KPI is superior, this number can be up to 60 million/month.
