Design and implement training programs for businesses to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Consulting to support businesses in managing and implementing training programs.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements and adjustments.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, customer care (traditional and online channels), build reputation and strengthen cooperation.
Interact with special customers (data assigned by the board of directors). Willing to work overtime, travel domestically and internationally.
Participate in marketing activities to ensure sales, quality customer experience and closely follow the learning process of students

Develop and propose processes, scenarios, business and operational policies to superiors;

WORKING TIME: Work online full time (Monday - 12:00 AM Saturday), off Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
