- Find potential customers in relationships, social networks, online tools, direct market mining or whatever source you can find.
- Find out the needs of customers, meet and choose the right consulting direction for each customer.
- Sign contracts and guide customers to use the product.
- Taking care of existing customers
- Manage existing customer information & keep good relationship to expand customer network;
- Coordinate with Product Development, Customer Care departments to meet the needs and questions of customers about products.
- Listening and absorbing opinions from customers in order to build and improve the product more and more perfect.
- Adhere to professional procedures and ethics
- Manage work with tools in accordance with the company's procedures and regulations, including: work reports, database updates.
- Confidentiality of matters related to technology secrets, business strategies, Company customer data, business information and data of customers and partners.
- Ensure work behavior and attitude are consistent with company standards, regulations and procedures.
