Actively search for potential customers through the company's data system or search by themselves to introduce products, services, preferential programs;
Advising and supporting customers to choose the type of finance/insurance that suits their needs and capabilities, including investment types or life/non-life insurance packages, health insurance cards, etc. health care, maternity, human accident, motor vehicle insurance and other types;
Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade customers to use the products and services that the company is distributing;
Call or meet in person to consult or invite to company events;
Directly answer or coordinate with superiors to resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
Take care of maintaining relationship after sales;
Update customer feedback on the system to build an immediate solution.
