Job Description

1. CONSULTATION FOR CUSTOMERS:
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of products and methods at Wall Street English
  • Proficient presentation skills, complying with the training program provided by Wall Street English
  • Personalize conversations with leads depending on their personality and involve 3rd party decision makers as required
  • Master how to handle situations with potential customers
  • Develop strong closing skills to help the team achieve center sales goals and milestones
  • Fully committed to helping centers meet their sales milestones and targets as well as their minimum sales requirements
  • Strive to always achieve the highest achievements for individuals as well as for the center
  • Adapt the sales presentation delivery method (online and in-center)
2. ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES AT THE CENTER:
  • Plan innovations with Academic Advisors at the beginning of each month and determine strategies for each student
  • Make a list of new students at the beginning of the month
  • Plan advising sessions in advance and ensure that all advising sessions are attended in coordination with the Academic Advising team while adhering to the defined strategy
  • Be prepared for each consultation and be clear about the goals of each meeting
  • Make sure new students are on track and satisfied and tactfully remind them to be introduced to the same school as them.
  • Work closely with Team Direct Sales and provide Team Direct Sales updates and feedback on the leads they bring
  • Always maintain good relationships with students throughout all steps of the learning journey, as well as with the service team at the center (in-center & online)
3.TIME MANAGEMENT, PLANNING AND PROFESSIONALISM AT WORK:
  • Make personal sales plans and goals at the beginning of each month and ask for confirmation from your Direct Manager about your personal plans.
  • Always prioritize schedules booked with current students before accepting appointments with potential clients
  • Continuously follow up with leads and set follow-up appointments with potential customers
  • Rigorously update accurate lead and student information in CRM during and after each interaction
  • Establish effective daily work habits to maximize sales activity across all channels
  • Attend training and coaching sessions organized for the role
