1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Product: OnUni - Online Bachelor's program for working people.
- Main job:
Call students to get information and determine learning needs.
Provide admission information and guide students in choosing the appropriate major.
Instruct students on admission registration procedures, collection of documents and tuition fees.
Interact and support additional student care during the consultation process via zalo.
- Support at work:
Provide daily hot data from Marketing: right audience and have a certain interest in the curriculum.
The data management system supports clear information storage and management.
The Admissions Secretary team supports students with paperwork and procedures.
Professional consulting process, fully trained in the first 3 days (with salary).
- Working hours: Office hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/month.
2. REQUIREMENTS
– Gender: Female, born in 1997 – 1989.
– Blood for war, passion for making money.
– Experience: At least 1 year of telesales/telephone consulting experience
- Skill:
Consulting on products and services over the phone.
Handle problems and situations that arise.
Orient and guide customers.
– Candidates with experience in the field of education are an advantage.
– Have personal laptop.
