WORK CONTENT
– Exploit customer information through data provided by the company combined with additional search (with leader accompanying).
– Set up calls, consult, introduce products and services to customers.
– Negotiate, negotiate, and carry out procedures for signing contracts with customers.
– Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
– Take care of customers during product use to achieve the best efficiency and advise on product upgrades.
– Provide information about customer behavioral needs and feedback to relevant departments.
