Job Description

  1. Job Position Description:
  • The Platform Operations Specialist at ZenGroup is equivalent to the Product Owner (PO) position , belonging to the operations department and is more inclined to improve and optimize the product to the end user.
  • Representing the operations team, talking with the IT department (product development team) to develop the most flexible platform to serve the company, customers and end users.
2. Detailed work:
2.1 Interaction with IT Department (Team Dev)
  • Understand, analyze and develop product development orientation that ZenGroup is deploying (expected: ZenApp - wholesale price trading application and ZenBliss - agricultural investment application).
  • Build, standardize, optimize and deploy operating models.
  • Review and improve when necessary the operating procedures Sales Management, and System Management.
2.2 Web/App business
  • Researching market trends, surveying customers to understand the needs and behavior of users in the web/app environment. From there, ask the IT Department to modify the system to suit customer needs.
  • Manage the company's sales page, including product information, payment options and all other relevant data; ensure accuracy, intuitiveness and ease of use.
  • Monitor and evaluate each stage of product development.
2.3 Interaction with Marketing Department
  • Coordinate Design of layout, UI/UX for app and web. Optimize the interface to improve the customer experience.
  • Attend meetings and work with the development team.
2.4 Interaction with customers
  • Coordinate with other departments to implement business promotion and customer care programs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and make improvements accordingly.
2.5 Directly manage and report to the Operations Director
