Position: Technician - Machine reception

A. Job description:

1. Work directly with agents and retail customers

- Deliver & Receive customers' devices directly at the customer service counter

- Check equipment appearance, handle basic technical hardware, computer & tablet software

- Consulting, discussing, quoting

2. Update the system

3. Work assigned by the manager in the department.

B. Requirements:

Gender: Male (22->30)

- Education level: High school graduate

- Have basic experience in computer engineering

- Know how to use basic information technology

- English communication

- Honest, hardworking, able to withstand pressure

Working time:

From 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break).

From Monday -> Friday (Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
