WORK CONTENT
-Reply to emails/messages from foreign customers (with instructions) Monitor and proactively send messages to customers in case of need
-Other support tasks assigned
-Support other tasks from the Department Head.
+ Call out according to data provided by the company to advise customers
+ Taking care of and answering questions for guests
+ Find out more information about customers, contributing to increased sales
- Work 6 days/week from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., with Sunday off
