Receive training requests, work with related departments/departments to plan details and organize training.
Participating in organizing and conducting training for trainees, evaluating training quality.
Synthesize or develop training materials, supporting documents - illustrations... for customer training and guidance.
Disseminate materials for students, publish information dissemination publications in all forms.
Participating in monitoring customer service quality, synthesizing and proposing solutions (if any). Proposing to improve training quality and training-related issues.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Periodic/unscheduled work reports at the request of superiors.

Male. Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in IT/Business/Banking...
Standard voice, professional style.
Experience in customer service, e-commerce, banking... is an advantage.
Ability to work in groups and independently.
Withstand high work pressure.
