- Follow up and receive appointments from Sales department to prepare tools, materials,... to serve customers attentively.
- Directly perform procedures for customers according to prescribed standards.
- Answer questions and advise customers on service packages and products based on their condition.
- Check, keep the bed area, spa area clean and change tools after each session.
- Check the operating status of equipment and machinery to have timely maintenance notice to ensure that all services and facilities are in accordance with the prescribed standards.
