- Planning and coordinating shifts to arrange shifts for nurses to take care of mother and baby.
- Actively assign directly and assign appropriate shifts to each nurse according to specific training status.
- Organize and supervise the implementation of care activities at home by nurses taking care of mothers and babies.
- Set up a reporting and information exchange system at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Monitoring, supervising, and timekeeping according to actual shifts of nurses taking care of mothers and babies.
- Follow up and solve problems arising with customers related to the care shift.
