Job Description:
– To implement the resolutions and decisions of the Owner;
– Decide on matters related to the company's business activities;
– Organize the implementation of the company's business plan and investment plan;
– Represent the company in negotiating and signing economic contracts;
– Represent the company in working with the company's foreign partners in Canada and Vietnam; Exploit existing relationships to build a customer database of businesses in Canada and Vietnam that want to expand their markets;
– Establish a business bridge between business associations and trade promotion organizations in Canada with partners in Vietnam such as the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Cancham);
– Participate and represent the company at international events, annual international exhibitions on information technology, digital transformation in Vietnam to find new potential customers;
– Be responsible to the Owner for the business results of the Company;
– Propose a plan for the company's organizational structure;
– Propose a plan for using profits or handling losses in business;
– Recruitment, signing employment contracts with employees and signing service contracts with partners and customers under the direction of the Owner;
– Other rights and obligations within the responsibility of the Legal Representative and the employment contract signed with the company.
Job Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience as a manager in the field of consulting, designing, programming computer software, applications, and websites in Canada and the United States, as well as responsibility for the company's daily business activities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, information technology, design, software programming, applications, and computer systems.
- Fluency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Pascal. English proficiency equivalent to a native speaker or IELTS 8.0 or higher, American or Canadian English accent.
- The position must have at least 5 years of experience working in North American countries such as Canada and the United States. Experience working with trade promotion organizations in Canada and the United States.
- In addition, the position of Director must have the ability to build, plan, manage systems, train employees, lead teams, be responsible for improving skills, experience, and transfer consulting processes and standards to team members. The Director is both the representative of the company's brand and reputation, and the person who lays the foundation for the development of consulting, computer programming, and data processing activities on websites and media in the future.
