* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organize the implementation of resolutions and decisions of the Owner;
- Decide on issues related to the company's business activities;
- Organize the implementation of the company's business plan and investment plan;
- Representing the company to negotiate and sign economic contracts;
- Representing the company to work with the company's foreign partners in the United States and China; Exploit existing relationships to build a database of customers who are businesses in the United States and China who want to expand the market.
- Establishing a business bridge between business associations and trade promotion organizations in the US with partners in Vietnam such as American Business Association (Amcham) and China Business Association (CBA) in Viet Nam
- Participate and represent the company at international events, exhibitions, and fairs every year in California, Shanghai and can make the company become a top 100 active members of the above events the list of nominations of the organizing committee).
- Responsible for bringing the company to become an official member of the American Business Association in Vietnam and into the list of businesses encouraged by the US government to choose to do business in Asia.
- Be responsible to the Owner for the business results of the Company.
- Proposing the company's organizational structure plan;
- Proposing a plan to use profits or deal with losses in business;
- Recruiting, signing labor contracts with employees and signing service contracts with partners and customers under the direction of the Owner
- Other rights and obligations under the responsibility of the Legal Representative and the labor contract signed with the company.
* JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration.
- English proficiency equivalent to native speakers or IELTS 8.0 or higher, English - American accent, Chinese at HSK 4 or higher and understanding of business culture in the US and China.
- Minimum 05 years working in California (USA) and/or Shanghai (China).
- Having experience working in trade promotion organizations in the United States and being a member of the Association of Entrepreneurs in the United States for at least 3 recent years.
- Besides, the position of Director must be able to build, plan, operate the system, train employees, lead the team, be responsible for improving skills, experience and transfer processes. guidelines and standards for consulting team members.
