- Evaluate financial performance of all investment or business projects initiated by GR management or CKVN, including but not limited to new sites, site renewals and renewals with major renovation, and conduct post-implementation reviews by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans/ forecasts.
- Provide adequate commentaries on the results of the analyses for the GRM to prepare highlights with useful financial insight for business judgment to facilitate management discussions and support decision making.
- Prepare optimal presentations for management use.
- Work closely with the Reporting Team to ensure accurate financial reporting in line with the revamped management reporting processes and design, helping to ensure management reports to GR senior management are timely, complete, of high quality and capable of facilitating strategic discussion and decision making.
- Collaborate with the GRM in the project evaluation process, ensuring all commercial viabilities are fully considered and keeping track of the status of project development as well as conducting business case review of submitted projects.
- Perform post implementation evaluation of approved projects.
Work with the GRM to prepare analysis other than reports to highlight risk and improvement areas.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including but not limited to creation of plans, standard templates, SOPs and tools.
- Fulfill requests to perform other ad-hoc Finance-related tasks for management use.
