- Responsible for operating and managing all activities in the hotel to ensure efficiency and synchronization between all departments.
- Overall responsibility for the efficiency & overall business operations of the hotel.
- Develop action plans in line with the Company's strategic development orientation.
- Develop and plan marketing strategies to develop the hotel's brand, ensuring the quality of service.
- Guide, supervise, inspect and be responsible for the implementation of regulations and rules approved by the General Director/Investor.
- Advise, report (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly report), assist the Board of Directors for hotel management.
- Work under the direction and report directly to the Board of Directors.
