Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Graduated from a regular university majoring in business administration, marketing, economics, commerce, preferably from schools of Finance, Economics, and Commerce
Experience working as a Sales Manager or Marketing Manager.
Ability to run the business, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of salespeople in the organization.
Listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to manage, build and organize work effectively;
Develop processes, regulations, and professional guidelines to be applied to the business department in the company
