* Job description:
1.Building and developing Corporate Culture
- Develop and implement the corporate culture development plan at the request of the Board of Directors
- Coordinate with parties to organize annual events, cultural and spiritual activities to boost morale and connect employees throughout the Company.
2. Attract talent
- Planning and implementing personnel recruitment, ensuring sufficient personnel supply according to department requirements and meeting job requirements
- Advise and recommend to the Board of Directors on strategies to attract talent
- Develop, update and standardize policies, processes and regulations related to human resource management of the Company: recruitment, training, salary, bonus, welfare.
3. Talent Training and Development
- Planning to develop training programs for employees at the request of the Board of Directors
- Advise the Board of Directors on the Company's human resource development strategy
- Develop programs, supervise and control the performance evaluation for each employee from time to time.
4. Other jobs
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors on issues related to administrative and personnel work
- Other professional tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
* Job requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or related majors
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to cover and monitor work
- Ability to synthesize, analyze and solve arising problems
- Ability to work under high pressure, good teamwork
