- Read and implement construction drawings.
- Calculate workload for worker teams based on progress.
- Take off quantities, prepare material and equipment request forms for each item according to construction progress.
- Control material usage reports, ensuring compliance with norms.
- Plan and manage progress of assigned items
- Instruct construction workers and check the quality of items according to prescribed procedures.
- Always closely follow the construction site to urge workers to work, ensuring requirements for quality, construction progress, labor safety, and site hygiene.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and day labor teams at the construction site.
- Analyze and check the completed work volume of subcontractors related to assigned items.
- Save daily work reports: progress, quality - supply of materials and equipment - labor safety situation.
- Coordinate and preside over any parties having problems and resolve problems and conflicts that arise during and after implementation.
- Coordinate the acceptance of project items, handover, and prepare payment documents with the main contractor/investor.
- Participate in meetings and periodically report work to upper management.
- Coordinate with TBP and departments to develop procedures, regulations and instructions for construction and installation;
- Perform other assigned tasks in accordance with expertise and capacity
