- Management & professional training of Guest service staff
- Support the Theater Manager to control and comply with the operating process, aiming for the growth and development of the business unit to achieve the highest possible results.
- Manage and operate ticket counters & canteens, import and export goods, receive invoices and accounting documents and confirm revenue
- Manage daily activities, coordinate work with partners and internal departments of the company
- Maintain quality of service, quality of facilities - hygiene, solving and supporting customer needs
- Participating in the recruitment, training and evaluation process of the business unit's personnel
- Support Theater Manager in building and developing teamwork, building internal culture.
- Support Theater Manager to record, track and control revenue and expenses.
- Support to review administrative and human resource related issues in assigned work groups.
- Manage and grasp the coordination mechanism to work with partners and departments.
- Effectively manage Marketing programs, propose and give timely and constructive feedback to improve the quality of Marketing activities at the Theater.
- Solve arising problems related to customers, support customers, handle operational problems
- Allocate work, urge, guide, supervise the implementation and make reasonable personnel adjustments in assigned work groups.
- Regularly update professional knowledge on management, participate in training activities to improve professional capacity.
- Perform other requests as required by the Direct Manager.
