- Support the Deputy / Head of the Hall to check behavior, comply with regulations and procedures, and coordinate personnel.
Specific activities:
a. Before the party:
- Responsible for the champagne tower, wedding cake, wine for the ceremony, congratulatory money box, champagne tower smoke ice, wedding cake cutter, cleaning tools, cold towels, adjusting tables and chairs, menus, flowers , the number of tables is neat and straight, check the set up of tools on the table, the fabric (quantity and ironing), the number of tools in the service table.
b. During the party:
- Implement pre-ceremony preparations, glitter fireworks, smoke stones, cake cutting knives, lantern procession personnel, water service personnel during the ceremony, and follow-up lighting personnel.
- Carry out ceremony programs as assigned by superiors.
- Prepare glasses of wine for CD&CR to greet the table.
- Check and support service staff.
- Responsible for the dirty laundry cleaning area of the logistics (alcohol stove, cart, dirty/clean laundry transportation, storage basket, sauces, spices, chili).
- Solve problems within the scope of responsibility, or report to superiors.
