Manage service standards
- Organize a monitoring mechanism and directly supervise the implementation according to the restaurant's standards and procedures.
- Report results of daily events to Manager.
- Recommend improvements to department operations.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
- Participate and organize the construction and application of management processes in the Company and Department;
Other tasks assigned by Management.
Management of goods and assets
- Monitor the number of tools and assets monthly, the number of damage and loss.
- Supervise and monitor the process of using and preserving assets, instructing employees to properly follow the process of using equipment and assets under the management department.
- Monitor food quantity, decoration, taste and report directly to management.
Resolve problems and customer complaints
- Directly resolve customer complaints to the extent possible.
- Organize monitoring and evaluation of customer satisfaction according to company procedures.
- Report to Management of resolution results.
Party supervision job
- At the beginning of the shift, monitor the number of parties during the session (day), check the party preparation of the halls.
- Supervise the process of implementing party setup and customer service.
- Supervise the customer service process.
- Monitor the payment process and customer communication skills of DHT
- Directly participate in customer service support and handle customer complaints within the allowable capacity.
