JOB DUTIES
- Receive and check drawings, survey, check premises, measure current dimensions
- Research, understand and accurately implement drawings and construction methods. Communicate and coordinate with the design department
- Prepare overall construction plan, phase/detailed implementation plan
- Work directly with the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers within the scope of assigned responsibilities
- Carry out related procedures to carry out construction
- Make construction plans, advance plans and disbursements to proactively cash flow to help the project stay on schedule as well as ensure cash flow for the company.
- Deploy/supervise construction teams to ensure compliance with design, approved schedule, quality, quantity, compliance with processes and regulations throughout the construction process
- Work with the Investor, supervision consultants, subcontractors, contractor teams,... Understand the profession and coordinate the joints of items on the project (coordinate with glass, stone, M&E,...) effectively. fruit
- Organize management and assign work to installation staff/contracting teams at the construction site to ensure flexibility, efficiency, and on schedule
- Supervise and check quality construction results of items and installation teams
- Proactively resolve arising issues on the construction site. Inform and coordinate relevant departments promptly to quickly resolve arising issues in an efficient and optimal manner
- Resolve conflicts that arise at the construction site between employees, customers, and partners appropriately and tactfully.
- Coordinate with departments to prepare payment documents and accept construction volume
- Report and daily work diary to superiors
- Ensure the company's image with investors and partners
- Handover - Acceptance - Acceptance of quantity and quality with subcontractors (if any)
