Receive work implementation information from the Site Manager (CM) throughout the stages from bidding - preparation for construction - construction organization to closing the project.
- Together with the CM to survey the current status of the site before construction
- Supervising the implementation of the installation according to the weekly plan at the construction site
- Arrange & inspect the installation of items at the site according to Theline's construction and finishing standards
- Carry out daily procedures with the Building Management Board.
- Implement construction site organization including site rules, site arrangement, hygiene, safety, fire prevention...
- Handling practical problems arising on a daily basis at the construction site.
- Report quality and progress to CM, make a record for arising requirements and incidents at the construction site.
- Together with CM participate in measuring, checking, explaining volume and items to customers (when needed)
- Arrange & check the installation of repair items according to the defect list's plan and arise after handover.
- Measure, test, test products. Signing and acceptance of completed volume and quality with the contractor
- Record and report actual construction changes with design documents
- Technical inspection, general testing for CM to serve the completion
- Perform other requests from superiors

Candidate Requirements

+ Age under 32 years old

+ Bachelor's degree or higher in construction or related field
+ Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
+ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
+ Ability to read and understand drawings well
+ Proficient in using Auto Cad, MS Office
+ Careful, enthusiastic and able to work independently
+ Good communication skills
+ Able to work overtime as required by the company
