- Coordinate with the department and management in planning, identifying the target customer group before searching, building and developing potential customer data.
- Approach to advise customers about the company's services in a correct and complete and convincing way
- Research and analyze customer needs, market competition and propose appropriate and effective solutions to management.
- Interact with customers periodically to create connections, increase closing rates, maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they become loyal customers of the company. ty
- Persuading and negotiating to sign contracts within the company's service provision policy.
- Drafting business proposals and contracts to get more revenue from customers.
- Coordinate with related departments to handle problems arising in the process of service implementation, receiving and responding to customer comments.
- Join the team in building and implementing sales program campaigns, data collection campaigns, product and service improvements and customer experience.
- Make a working plan by day, week, month, quarter, year and complete the targets assigned by superiors in the evaluation period.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, IT.
- At least 6 months working experience in Sales, Consultant, Telesales position is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Persevere to withstand work pressure, sales targets, have a passion for business
- Able to use basic English listening and speaking, good reading/writing.
- Proficient in the use of office computer applications
- Having knowledge and passion in the field of blockchain, human resources, love to work and have a desire to stick with the company for a long time to develop with the company.
