[HCM/HN/DN] IELTS/TOEIC CONSULTANCY (Education Consultant) at Da Nang - Hệ Thống Anh Ngữ Zim - Zim Academy

1. Job Description

• Consulting (including indirect, direct, telephone counseling) suitable study programs for students based on database sources (fanpage/ website/ data of schools/ data from supplementary products: exam) tests, books,...) of the Company
• Participate in the ideation, planning and implementation of the Center's programs
• Taking care of students, monitoring the status of students in online/offline classes (done on the company's software)
• Maintain and build relationships with students after the course

2. Job Requirements

• Graduated from College, University or higher, accepting 3rd / 4th year students waiting for graduation)
• Experienced in sales, telesale, customer care (with KPI) in the service, retail, education,...
• Knowledge of IELTS is an advantage
• Verbal, able to negotiate - good persuasion, work under pressure
• High. Hardworking, always have specific work goals to strive for
• Passionate about business and responsible for work
• Office skills: proficient in Word, Excel, office computer
• Have a personal laptop

4. Working time: Full time consultant: Rotating shift from Monday to Sunday. 1 day off a week

• Shift 1:8am - 5pm (Lunch break from 12pm - 13pm)
• Shift 2: 13:00 - 21:00 (Afternoon break from 16:30 - 17:30)
