WORK CONTENT: 1. Develop monthly, annual and weekly work plans .
2. Assign teaching – Monitor compliance with program content, teaching methods and lesson plans
– Monitor teachers' compliance with school regulations, instructions, and procedures
3. Manage student discipline and school care – Observe teachers' teaching habits, classroom discipline, and grade classroom discipline
– Handle & support Teachers to resolve disciplinary issues
– Manage school safety through training, guidance and safety supervision for students; Proactively respond and handle emergency and dangerous situations
4. Organize testing and assessment of students' learning results – Review the criteria for evaluating subjects
– Approve test subjects for subjects according to regulations
– Approve and implement plans to periodically test and evaluate student learning outcomes
5. Professional training for teachers in subject groups – Develop and organize training programs to develop pedagogical expertise for teachers
– Approve related professional training needs
– Plan professional training for teachers on:
- Curriculum content
- Teaching methods and organization
- How to grade and correct student work
- How to check reviews
– Develop training documents, content, and slides under your responsibility
– Carry out training for teachers according to plan
– Evaluate training quality
6. Communicate with parents – Resolve information and complaints from Parents in accordance with the Procedures for receiving and processing information and complaints from Parents
7. Build and develop school culture – Lead teachers and students to meet core value and behavioral expectations
– Organize orientation workshops to connect parents to understand the school's values & culture
8. Recruitment – Participate in interviewing and selecting teachers
9. Manage and develop subject program staff – Assign, assign tasks and guide employees to perform work
– Supervise, check and evaluate the process and results of employee work performance
– Evaluate capacity and train employees
– Create adjacent sources
JOB REQUIREMENTS: – Qualification: University graduate or higher majoring in Education
– Have a certificate in Educational Management
– Understand in-depth knowledge of operations management and practical experiences applied to school operations management
– Experience: minimum 02 years working in a position equivalent to Vice Principal/Principal
