1. Job description:
- Supporting administrative work: preparing meeting rooms, drafting documents...
- Support procedures related to employee records.
- Support recruitment-related tasks: Prepare recruitment information, manage recruitment information on websites and media, social networks, support updating candidate profiles, contact for interviews with candidates via email, interview setup...
- Support the organization of activities and movements of the Company.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
2. Requirements:
- No experience required, training will be provided from the beginning
- Enthusiastic, energetic, agile, eager to learn, careful, meticulous, interacts well with people.
- Able to use English
- Skills in making slides, powerpoint, text editing, and documents
- Have personal laptop
- Can arrange full-time work schedule from Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
- Internship for at least 3-6 months
