Processing
- Support and troubleshoot problems for users related to computer hardware and software.
- Support in handling problems with printers, projectors, cameras, wifi, network devices and other IT equipment.
- Monitor the repair and inventory of network equipment, office equipment, and software licenses through company tools.
- Work with suppliers on warranty and maintenance issues of information technology equipment.
- Allocating, recalling and installing equipment and software for new employees.
- Periodically check for software updates, Windows, Antivirus,...
- Monitor and process support requests on the company's ticket management system.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader
