Job description
- For auxiliary tools: find quotes, place orders, make payment procedures (domestic and foreign)
- For semi-finished goods used to produce finished goods: find quotes, place orders, track and receive goods, do payment procedures (Japan, China)
- For outsourced orders: find quotes, place orders, track and receive goods, do payment procedures
- Support to make product norm (norm) and finalization report
- Implement PO export, track order term on specialized software
- Performing customs clearance operations on VNACCS

Requirement
- Female, age 25 - 29
- Graduated from college or above
- English for writing emails/documents and reports
- From 2 years of similar experience
- Preferably have experience in purchasing at manufacturing company

Working time
- Mon - Friday：7:30 - 16:30
- Note: no shuttle bus

Salary: 12 million gross
