Job description:
- Collect and store daily purchase vouchers
- Update records to reflect timely delivery information. Check the quantity and unit price of each product.
- Confirm the results of counting, counting, delivery and receipt of invoices and documents and record books according to regulations.
- Monitor, check and supervise to well implement the purchase plan according to each source of goods, each supplier, each order with the seller and the payment situation with the supplier.
- Record debts and track debts with suppliers
- Perform review, follow up, check the process of purchasing goods, the journey of the order to ensure the order is completed on schedule.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduated from high school, college majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Corporate Finance
- Experience working as a cashier in a supermarket, pharmacy, or retail store
- Able to work under pressure, with a sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, carefully and quickly.
