- Store monthly tax records according to the specifics of the automobile industry.
- Support branch secretaries and office departments when problems arise.
- Report debt status to customers and suppliers
- Perform accounting entries related to cash receipts and payments and deposits.
- Make payment plans with suppliers weekly and monthly
- Make cash and bank payments to suppliers such as: comparing debts, receiving invoices, checking the validity of requests, payment documents, making payment vouchers...
Job requirements
- Graduated from college or university in finance, accounting, and corporate finance.
- Have working experience in a similar position for 1-3 years.
- Have accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize and master accounting regime.
- Use misa software, know how to calculate, account, and balance costs of materials and products
- Candidates who have worked in the Automotive field are an advantage.
