1. Job Description
* Architectural design
• Architectural design ideas for functional layout of premises and plan from 2D to 3D perspective of works such as residential houses (townhouses, villas , residential areas, restaurants, cafes, ...) .
• Draw basic technical profile.
• Drawing interior is also an advantage,…
• Able to work individually and in groups.
• Go to survey the status quo .
• Perform tasks as requested by superiors.
2. Requests _
• Graduated from University of Architecture major.
• Proficient use of design software : Auto Cad, Sketchup Photoshop , Sketch Up and other basic software…
• Experience: from 1 year .
• Rich in ideas, creative o , capable of good design thinking, meticulous, careful.
• Being progressive , diligent in cultivating new knowledge, ideas, products and materials, and able to withstand high work pressure.
• Responsible for work, good discipline .
• Sociable, cheerful, friendly, good listener, respectful to colleagues and superiors.
• Type: full-time, working 6 days/week.

• Income 8-12 million ( negotiable depending on the experience and capacity of the candidate).

1. Job Description
• Priority to know the implementation of Interior and Exterior technical drawings .
• Capturing design requirements, understanding materials .
• Designing civil works, company headquarters, offices, hotels, restaurants...
• Know how to coordinate with technical design subjects such as: Structure, electricity, water, ... to deploy detailed designs from 3D images.
2. Requests _
• University degree in Engineering or related.
• Proficient in software: Autocad, Revit,...
• Experience: from 1 year.
• Careful, detailed.
• Responsible for work, good discipline.
• Sociable, cheerful, friendly, good listener, respectful to colleagues and superiors.
• Type: full-time, working 6 days/week.
