- Planning, quantity take-off, and estimating
- Take off volumes, prepare price estimates for investors of M&E projects, industrial electricity, and automatic electricity
- Check drawings, volumes, items of materials, equipment and related labor
- Prepare project construction estimate documents
- Monitor and update the project's volume during the design and construction process, and make estimates
- Update information on market unit prices of supplies and materials. Search for partners, subcontractors, work with partners and subcontractors on unit price and construction volume
- Coordinate with sales department and explain prices to customers (if any)
- Support and coordinate with the supply department to work with subcontractors (if any) to calculate appropriate estimates and construction estimates.
- Prepare bidding plans, deploy the work of making bid documents, and carry out the work of making bid documents according to the Bidding Documents. - Prepare Bidding Documents / Proposal after receiving Bidding Documents, Specs, technical instructions from the Engineering department, bidding estimates from the Engineering and Estimation departments.

Build bidding data: (Data on company capacity, data on project capacity, personnel data, equipment data,...) for the company to proactively participate in bidding projects
- Contact partners to discuss issues related to bidding documents. Receive information from investors and investment consultants, proactively contact to come up with the most optimal solution for the implementation of bid documents.
- Cross-check the bidding documents
- Other tasks as directed by the department head
Candidate requirements - Degree: University majoring in electromechanics or related fields
- Have experience in construction, construction organization or bidding design
- Use: Autocad, MS. Office, MS. Project, Shop drawing…
- Professional English: Reading comprehension and communication.
- Work independently or in groups
