WORK CONTENT:
- Prepare budget estimates.
- Peel the project volume.
- Analysis and evaluation of bidding documents;
- Prepare bids and bid documents for construction and installation projects
- Making and overall management of construction plans and receiving work requests related to construction works.
- Monitor and coordinate with related departments throughout the construction process, evaluate supplier quality.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Gender: Male, Age 30 and up.
Qualification: Graduated from a regular university majoring in civil and industrial construction.
Job skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Etabs, Autocad, MS Project software
- Proficient in estimating and preparing tender documents.
Proficient in construction software and construction methods.
- Calculation and structural design of civil and industrial works.
- Experience and good skills in project management.
- Have a sense of responsibility at work.
