- Production planning and management of production activities on the farm.
- Implement the plan for production, monitoring, care and harvesting of leafy vegetables on the farm; Consulting, technical support for planting and caring for vegetable crops for associated farmers.
- Directly supervise and guide farmers to plant, care for, harvest according to standards and ensure quality.
- Know the techniques of fertilizer, soil, irrigation and drainage and recognize the change of plants to take care of them accordingly. Monitor the growth and development of plants, monitor the situation of pests and diseases, if any, to prevent them.
- Research and learn about microbial fertilizers, organic fertilizers, biological products in the production process.
- Update and store production log daily.
- Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with farmers.
- Other professional requirements at the request of the Board of Directors.
