WORK CONTENT
- Analyze differences (if any) in volume between Construction Drawings and BOQ Volume. Recheck the volume according to construction drawings and technical standards.
- Check, protect and confirm the increase/decrease in volume with the Investor/Consultant.
- Check, update and monitor Investor payments.
- Send bidding documents to Subcontractors and Construction Teams.
- Drafting Contracts with Construction Teams, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
- Check and confirm the payment volume to the Construction Team, Subcontractors, and Suppliers according to regulations.
- Update the volume of materials imported to the construction site, control material loss to not exceed allowed norms.
- Update and monitor the construction volume of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Update and monitor volumes arising during construction.
- Update and track the arising volume of subcontractors.
- Maintain records related to volume: carefully, accurately and completely.
-Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head or QS Team Leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Level
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Construction Engineering, Construction Economics,... or related majors or equivalent majors.
- Having knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage.
Experience
- Have at least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
Skill
- Experience using AutoCAD software, MS Project,...
- Skills in planning, organizing and implementing work.
