- Operate VOIP systems such as: SBC, 3CX, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Asterisk...
- Administration and operation of Autocall and Call Center systems.
- Technical service support for business customers using the company's services.
- System interaction with domestic and international Telcos (Telecommunications Carriers).
- Manage network resources, servers, virtualization infrastructure and VoIP switchboard systems.
- Research and test new solutions, services and applications for VoIP services.
- Participate in deploying IT infrastructure according to company requirements.
- Sales/Supply Support in building solutions and products related to VoIP.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of Department.
