Job duties
- Directly inspect, monitor and evaluate the construction process at the construction site.
- Technical supervision, quality and construction progress.
- Deploy and arrange work for teams and workers.
- Draft and manage administrative documents related to business activities for each project:
+ Project documents: input documents, payment documents, final settlement, project acceptance,...
- Coordinate closely with technical staff to handle arising situations.
+ Draft necessary documents during the construction process when requested (material inspection records, water closure support documents,...). Monitor, record and answer questions with relevant parties during project implementation
- Prepare material settlements, acceptance records, settlement tables, and other necessary documents to complete the project settlement documents as required by the investor.
- Submit settlement documents to the investor, monitor and speed up the progress of checking the investor's documents and correct errors when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
