1.Organization of construction management for the company's projects
- Management and administration of construction work at the project site,
Construction supervision: Inspecting and monitoring the project's technical progress, progress and quality
+ Build an on-site operating apparatus suitable to the scale and characteristics of each project
+ Manage the overall construction process at projects to ensure progress, quality and current regulations. Summarize reports from the Project Management Board on a daily basis, directly handle or propose solutions for timely handling
+ Directing and inspecting occupational safety at the project site
+ Organize, implement and supervise the acceptance and payment work
- Effective project management
+ Planning supplies, materials..., settlement of works
+ Evaluate the effectiveness after the end of the project
+ Check the quality of construction supplies, materials, machinery and equipment

- Coordinate with related units, individuals and partners to perform assigned tasks.
- Propose policies, establish and improve procedures, processes, forms and perform other tasks as required by the Line Manager.
- Experience in industrial project management.
- Experience in operating, directing, project management and construction in the field of civil and industrial construction.
- Proficient in legal documents in the field of investment and construction management.
- Proficient in the use of specialized computer software.
- At least 05 years of experience in construction and supervision of industrial and high-rise buildings.
