• In charge of technical issues related to supermarket equipment: POS MACHINE, PRINTING MACHINE, barcode scanner, PDA Mobile Terminal, electronic weighing device, anti-theft device...
• Installation Maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting problems related to computers, printer equipment, scanners, network equipment, information technology infrastructure at the request of customers.
• Manage, operate & support the operation of business software systems, control systems (cards, doors, parking lots, cameras, switchboards,...).
• Install driver, computer software, barcode printer, inventory software, etc.
• Hardware & software support at customer site
• Product Demo at Customer.
• Proposing to buy equipment and machinery to serve the company's needs.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Technical Director.
• Deliver equipment to customers when required and maintain them on-site.

REQUEST :

• Provide on-site customer technical support under the direction of the department head.
• Knowledge of IT systems and network administration.
• Graduated in electronics, informatics, IT…
• Skills in training, guiding the use of IT equipment and software for users.
• Proficient in the use of office software Ms. Word, Excel, Exchange email…
• Diligence, carefulness, integrity, punctuality and responsibility
• Enthusiastic, proactive, self-disciplined in work as well as teamwork.
• Knowing English is an advantage. Priority is given to fresh graduates who have a desire to stick around for a long time and have a good cooperative attitude with businesses.

RIGHT:

• Salary: 6 - 10 million VND/month. (Negotiate salary according to capacity)
