Planning, work progress and preparation for construction: Directly inspect and supervise the construction work, coordinate with teams and subcontractors to promote the work to be carried out smoothly and effectively.

Coordinate with relevant units to check and accept the work, complete on schedule.

Calculation, confirmation of construction volume, management and control of loss of materials and equipment.

Organize compliance with project technical standards and construction standards during technical supervision

Ensure the construction work in accordance with the quality management process, occupational safety and health and progress for the assigned area.

Make reports on the work situation, make recommendations and timely solutions for problems arising during and after construction.
